Tower City Code Of Conduct

The rules below apply to all mall areas, including The Eatery, hallways, stores, and parking garage and lot.

For All Visitors:

  • Loud and boisterous behavior and obscene or offensive language will not be permitted.

  • Inappropriate behaviors, vandalism or any unacceptable conduct on the premises such as running, spitting, sitting in or on the planters, leaning on railings or throwing objects over them will be ground for ejection.

  • Appropriate clothing is required at all times, which includes shoes, shirts, pants held on at the waist, etc.

  • Seating benches are to be used for shopping breaks not to exceed 15 minutes.

  • The Eatery seating is for paying customers of The Eatery.

  • Smoking is not permitted within the center. Smoking is restricted to designated areas outside the Prospect Avenue entrance.

  • No firearms permitted on premises.

  • No soliciting.

For All Visitors Under the Age of 18:

  • Under Tower City Center’s Parental Involvement Program (PIP), youths must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Valid proof of age will be required.

  • One parent or legal guardian may escort up to four youths, and at least one of the youths must be the child of the parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the actions of the escorted youths.

  • Youths who are making RTA connections are allowed to walk through Tower City Center to catch buses and trains, but they are not permitted to shop in stores or visit The Eatery unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as described above.

  • Youths have access to the walkway for sporting events and concerts, and to the escalator and stairs at Tower City, but they must keep moving through the center and are not permitted to shop in stores or visit The Eatery unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as described above.

  • Individuals of school age are expected to be in school during school hours or otherwise in transit to or from home.

  • When conditions contribute to an overflow of youths, management reserves the right to disperse and/or eject individuals or groups.

  • School groups are welcome, but the school should register in advance with the mall management office, which can be reached at (216) 623-4750.
